Q. How long does an order take?
A. Most filing supplies ship within 5-7 business days from receipt of order.

Q. What methods of payment do you accept?
A. Currently, we accept PayPal payment methods (Visa, MasterCard, American Express). You may also pay by company check.

Q. What is your return policy?
A. Please contact customer service at 412-882-1119 to receive instructions before returning any stock items.
We offer a 30 day no-hassle return for products ordered online.

A. Yes, Efficiency Solutions uses PayPal's guaranteed secure ordering system. All your personal and payment information are encrypted and transferred via a secure server.

Q. Do you charge taxes on orders?
A. Efficiency Solutions does not collect sales tax on Internet sales, EXCEPT for sales placed in/shipped within the state of Pennsylvania.

Q. How much do you charge for shipping/handling?
A. Nothing! All orders ship free ground United Parcel Service (UPS) delivery.

Q. Do you share or sell my contact information?
A. NO, Customer information is for internal use only. Efficiency Solutions will not sell or release customer information unless otherwise required by law.
